Dear Valued Patrons,

After many wonderful years serving the community, we are writing to share the bittersweet news that Ember Indian Kitchen will be closing its doors as of Sunday, August 31st, 2025. This decision comes as we, Farida and Amin Sunderji, have decided to retire and embark on a new chapter in our lives.

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support, loyalty, and friendship over the years. It has been an honor and a privilege to share our passion for Indian cuisine with you and to be a part of your lives, whether through family dinners, celebrations, or casual meals.

This chapter of our lives has been filled with joy, connection, and gratitude. From the very first dish we served to the last conversation across the table, it has been our deepest honor to welcome you into our restaurant and into our lives.

As we prepare to say goodbye, we reflect on the countless memories and connections we have made with each of you. Your encouragement and patronage have meant the world to us, and we will cherish these moments forever.
